I have just changed the forum settings to allow new users to post directly without being moderated. This probably won't last, since moderating the first post or some number of posts is a way to prevent spam.
So for now, anyone who joins can start posting right away. Later, when we've built up our moderator team so that nobody gets buried under keeping up the board, we'll switch it on to keep spammers from moving in on our forums. Hopefully we won't get any in the meanwhile.
If we do, be patient with us while we clean up the mess!
